As responsible developers, our most important first step is to establish that you’re in a position to purchase a property using the BRRRR strategy, this means having the necessary cash and therefore able to ‘sign on the dotted line’ as soon as we identify a suitable property for you.

Our ability to access off-market properties enables us to find deals which would never even make it onto the MLS.  In a highly competitive market it really is the early bird that catches the worm!  Once we identify a suitable property (this can happen within 2 weeks), we have to act fast to secure the deal. It is for this reason that it’s imperative to make sure you’re ‘ready to go’.  

At any given time, we are evaluating dozens of properties in order to identify only those which fulfill our exacting criteria and your needs.  Occasionally we’ll come across a deal which is too good to pass up even if we don’t have a potential investor lined up at that moment.
